Brilliant Wine Great Vintage

Phenomenal Very High Rating and Potential

Fabulous Budget Offering

It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years, or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

We supply wine from our site in the Barossa Valley to anywhere within Australia that is reached by Australia Post. We ship single bottles to a full case of twelve bottles and of course multiple cases. Purchasing a full box is your most economical method. The freight rates can be found on our Freight Calculator.

We often buy tiny amounts and occasionally may find we have run out before your order is fulfilled. We will alert you to this promptly.

Delivery Details

Delivery is by Australia Post. Glug will dispatch the order within three working days and in most case much quicker. Delivery by Australia Post will take about one week to capital cities and up to 14 days for more remote towns.

Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. If you are out Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be asked to collect the wine from the nearest Post Office.

At this stage we do not supply customers outside of Australia.

Refunds and Returns

All of our wines are sold with a money back guarantee. If after trying a bottle of wine you are not satisfied please inform us and we will arrange pick up of the remaining stock and a refund of the full amount including freight to your account. If it is part of a mix we will refund you for the single bottle.

While we find Australia Post reliable the occasional bottle does get broken and we will refund these as well.

There are no if’s or but’s about our money back guarantee. We sent out our first mail order case of wine in 1976 so we are used to keeping our customers happy and actually problems are quite rare.

Your Credit Card Details

After you have worked out what wines you wish to buy you will come to a payments screen. This will ask you how you would like to pay and there are three options; direct debit into our account, you elect to send us a cheque or pay by credit card. If you pay by credit card you will then enter a secure Westpac banking site and Glug does not get to see your credit card details.

At this stage we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Liquor Licence

WINE QUOTES
Terroir is all and Everything

"Owing to the difference in climate, wines that taste austere in Jerez taste even more austere in the northern countries, and the further north you go, the more you notice it: you can even tell the difference after a journey from London to Edinburgh. One shipper claims that a trace of sweet wine in a fino merely robs it of this excessive austerity, and that his slightly sweetened fino tastes the same in London as the natural wine does in Jerez."

A regular update of wines we've found interesting and a few we'd rather forget more...
