Critters 'The Wombat' South Australia Shiraz 2022

We needed a red and had this bulk which is mostly Shiraz from all over South Australia and to this added a touch of Viognier and Barossa Mataro. The result is delicious, and the wine is for those occasions when you are waving a glass around as the debate is far more important.

Goat Square Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021

This style of wine is what we wished to make when coming to the Barossa. This is achieved by using simple wine making methods, summed up as pick, ferment in small open fermenters, settle and age in old, oak puncheons.

Stockwell Creek Barossa Valley Shiraz 2018

We like grapes from the northern end of the Barossa Valley as its warmer though the Barossa land surface rises south to north by 80 metres so the evening temperatures are cooler which creates balancing flavour complexity.
$22.00

Vine To Glass Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

A quality Barossa Cabernet at a magical price. There is a bit of surplus premium Barossa red around, so we made a purchase and split the parcel into several parts. These days the boutique-small makers know what they are doing and this Cabernet being in the Glug style easily passed our buying parameters.
